The rudders were small enought that I just made one bigger one and then cut it in half.

I forgot to take pictures of the rudders, but I just sanded them down the the templates and then glued some dowl rods in the ends for pivot points. Then I fiberglassed them with 1 layer of 2.3oz fine weave glass. Go back to my main RC hovercraft page.
