We have built a uh-10f. This picture shows our hovercraft.

First we cut the plywood and foam for the hull and we fiberglassed the plywood together. Then we glued the foam on to the plywood.

Next we cut the holes in the hull for the lift and to blow up the skirt.

Then we glued the foam for the skirt attackment stips. We cut the point with a table saw and then used a dado blade for the part we couldn't cut the first time. After that we glued the skirt attackment strips on.

After we cut it out we fiber glassed the outside of the foam this is so the foam can bend without breaking.

Then we started to take the foam down to the correct shape with a router. We did this instead of sanding it down to save time.
