THis is the second layer on the front

Here is a close up on how we put the side of the second front layer on so that it would get a good bond with the cockpit wall.

Then we added the 3rd layer on the front.

THen we added the 4th front layer but it was just a little bit to short so we added a 1" layer to were we needed it.

Next we marked where we needed to cut the duct (we left about 1/2" extra for gluing the foam to) Here is what ours looked like after we got done cutting it. Oh by the way we had to take the top layer of 1/2" plywood off of the round duct form because it was going to be in the way of cutting.

Here we have the inlet ring glued to the duct.

The next thing we did was rough cut the foam even with the walls, except for the back where the dash will glue on.
